 Hypno-Scripts is meant to explain the thin veil that separates the mind processes when accessing hypnosis or meditation. This book deals a lot with hypnosis simply because of the need to rid ourselves of that which keeps us from entering deeper states of mind. When many of our problems and hesitations are eased or removed, and no longer leap to the forefront of our thoughts at the time we wish to concentrate, then meditation can happen spontaneously.

That is not to say that one with severe problems cannot enter meditation. It’s a matter of concentration and letting go. Many people find they can meditate to let go of problems. However, meditation is a lot easier and more meaningful and may move us quicker toward Illumination when worldly matters do not distract us.
